Little River and North Myrtle Beach
One of North Myrtle Beach's hidden gems is a quiet community off Robert Edge Blvd called Royal Estates. Built from 1998 to 2005, there are around 100 beautiful brick homes here, with owners who are proud of their neighborhood, sparkling pool, and clubhouse.
A great location, Royal Estates is less than 3 miles to Ocean Drive Beach, and a few blocks from the North Myrtle Beach Sports Complex. You'll be outside the city limits which means lower taxes. In fact, although just a mile up the highway to North Myrtle, this community is considered to be in the Little River township.
The brick homes in Royal Estates are as attractive as any luxury home community on the Grand Strand. The manicured yards and streets boast palm trees, blooming shrubs, 2-car garages, and decorative lighting. Inside, you'll find upgrades such as granite countertops, walk-in closets, fireplaces, cathedral ceilings, plantation shutters, garden tubs, marble showers, and chef's kitchens with stainless appliances. HOA fees are very low, with home prices from around $175-$300,000. There are 2, 3, and 4-bedroom homes, both single and two-story styles.
Children living in Royal Estates will attend some of the best schools- Ocean Drive Elementary, and North Myrtle Beach Middle and High Schools. This is truly a perfect community with some of the most lovely yet affordable homes to be found. When one is listed for sale, it's usually sold almost immediately, so you might want to get on a waiting list!
Call us for more information, a tour of Royal Estates, or any questions you may have. We'd love to hear from you!
