Plantation Harbour is a newer community of luxury Waterway Homes just past the swing bridge on Sea Mountain Hwy, actually in between North Myrtle Beach and Little River. Go east, and you are just a mile or two from the ocean and Main Street of Cherry Grove Beach. Go west, and you can either loop around to Hwy 17 and Little River, or straight ahead to Hwy 9, near the intersection of Hwy 31. So this is truly a neighborhood convenient to everything!
The homes in Plantation Harbour are mostly custom built, and are all unique. They can range from the large elaborate homes on one street that sit directly on the Intracoastal, to the other street which backs up to a channel and offers homes that are similar to patio homes, with small lots and close together. Many are brick or stone, some are hardi-plank, and the streets are landscaped with palmetto trees and flowering bushes galore. It's a very picturesque community, and a new one. Many of the homes have private docks and boat slips.
These are impressive homes, and available sales are rare, but you'll find an occasional lot or new construction home here and there as well. If you like them, be sure and sign up for our email notification so you'll be the first to know when one is put up for sale.
If you are interested in a home on the Intracoastal Waterway, these affordable houses and the low property taxes will entice you! Call or contact us for more information.
