Palm Lakes Plantation Homes - Little River
The Palm Lakes Plantation is located in Little River on Hwy 57, between Hwy 9 and 90. It was originally developed in 2013 and more recently, a new phase was constructed by Realstar Builders.
The newer homes have 2 collections with 13 different models. Prices of the newest phase range for 3-5 bedrooms and are up to 2522 sq ft. This is an all-natural gas community with several lakes, and parts of it back up to a nature preserve.
