Polo Farms is located off Highway 905, about halfway between Hwys 9 and 22. 905 leads to Conway, and 22 takes you right into Restaurant Row between Myrtle and North Myrtle Beach. This is country living within a 20 minute drive to everything the beaches have to offer. It's also only about 3 miles to the Waccamaw River and boat ramp, for those who love to fish.
Originally developed in the mid-2000's, the community has expanded with homes built in 2012, and is currently in the third phase with new construction ongoing.
