Polo Farms is located off Highway 905, about halfway between Hwys 9 and 22. 905 leads to Conway, and 22 takes you right into Restaurant Row between Myrtle and North Myrtle Beach. This is country living within a 20 minute drive to everything the beaches have to offer. It's also only about 3 miles to the Waccamaw River and boat ramp, for those who love to fish.
Originally developed in the mid-2000's, the community has expanded with homes built in 2012, and is currently in the third phase with new construction ongoing. Homes are 3 and 4 bedroom ranch style with vinyl siding and garages. Upgrades are plentiful in both old and new homes, with vaulted ceilings, insulated windows, wood-burning fireplaces, and fenced yards.
The first built homes overlook a community pond. New construction energy-efficient homes by Creekside Builders offer crown molding, trey ceilings, front and back porches, and automatic garages. Prices average around $150,000, with the newer and larger homes just under $200,000.
Children here will attend Daisy Elementary School, Loris Middle School, and Loris High School.
