Little River Inn Resort Condos for Sale
Just across the main bridge heading north from North Myrtle Beach begins the town of Little River, SC. Across the median on the left side as Hwy 17 becomes divided is the Little River Inn Resort, one of the least expensive, picturesque, condo complexes to be had.
The Little River Inn Resort is around 30 years old, and was formerly called Little River Golf and Health. You'll feel like you're on a golf course, although there isn't one...only beautifully landscaped and perfectly maintained natural surroundings.
Starting in the low $100,000 range, Little River Inn has several types of condos. There are many one-bedroom ground floor units, larger than most at about 750 sq ft. Two-bedroom units can be found as rare two-story lofts with skylights and dramatic open floorplans, or ground floor condos with bedrooms off a hallway. In the back of the complex are a few three-bedroom floorplans overlooking the back pool. There are also a few two-bedroom side units that resolve into an "A-frame" design. All but this last type of unit offers either a cement patio in the back or a screened-in porch to enjoy the spring and fall weather and beautiful grounds. Recently some of the condos at Little River Inn have glassed in the porch to form a beautiful "Carolina Room".
The Little River Inn Resort boasts two very nice pools for its 210 residents, one in full sun and the other providing shade and a jacuzzi. Uniquely, a nice little tennis court is provided. Though not gated, the grounds are well-lit and safe for walking and enjoying palms and flowers.
The Little River Inn HOA is very pro-active. Pets are allowed for owners only, and board meetings are open to anyone who cares to attend and speak out. Property taxes are very low, especially if you're a resident, and the HOA fees are some of the lowest anywhere.
