All are one-story homes; the Ivy model having 2-3 bedrooms and 1604 sq ft, to the largest model, the Holden - which can have 1-3 bedrooms, 2-3 baths, and 1850 to 2675 sq ft. Several other models offer 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms. All have 2-car garages and all the upgrades you desire.

Majestic Oaks at RiverHaven - These are larger floorplans, from 1912 to 2961 square feet. Majestic Oaks offers seven floorplans, from 2 to 5 bedrooms and the Trillium model is 2-story. Some models offer an optional 5th bedroom, loft bonus room, covered patio, and more. The smallest model is the Ocean Isle, with 2-3 bedrooms and from 2304 to 2554 sq ft. It comes with a covered front porch and optional screened back porch, as do most models.
