New Homes for Sale in River Haven - Longs
River Haven is a brand new master-planned community being developed by H & H Homes. This subdivision is located in Longs off Highway 9, just past Colonial Charters. At the heart of the community is a large lake which residents can enjoy for kayaks, canoes, and paddle boats. The developers have retained as much green area and large oak trees as possible, providing shade and beauty for the community. There is a scenic walking trail that meanders throughout and around the lake, a large pool, and a cabana to add to the amenities of this fantastic development. River Haven is being created with small neighborhoods of several types and price ranges:
Cypress Bend at RiverHaven - Cypress Bend offers smaller floorplans and patio homes, ranging from 1360 to 2923 square feet. Six floorplans are offered, with each one having an optional number of bedrooms and baths. The smallest is the Aurora model, with 2 beds, 2 baths, and 1360 sq ft of space. All are one-story homes; the Ivy model having 2-3 bedrooms and 1604 sq ft, to the largest model, the Holden - which can have 1-3 bedrooms, 2-3 baths, and 1850 to 2675 sq ft. Several other models offer 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms. All have 2-car garages, all the upgrades, and are priced from $210,000.
Majestic Oaks at RiverHaven - These are larger floorplans, from 1912 to 2961 square feet, and prices starting in the $260,000's. Majestic Oaks offers seven floorplans, from 2 to 5 bedrooms and the Trillium model is 2-story. Some models offer an optional 5th bedroom, loft bonus room, covered patio, and more. The smallest model is the Ocean Isle, with 2-3 bedrooms and from 2304 to 2554 sq ft. It comes with a covered front porch and optional screened back porch, as do most models.
