The Park at Long Bay is an affordable community just off Highway 9 in Longs, SC. It is a gated community, originally developed in 2007. Every few years new phases are added on, so homes can range in age from 10 years to brand new. Most homes thus far are 3-4 bedroom ranch style homes.
The community offers a very nice pool and clubhouse, is in a growing and popular area, and outside the city limits - so low taxes. Children will attend Daisy Elementary and Loris Middle and High Schools. Enjoy country living, but you'll be conveniently close to restaurants, stores, and the hospital which is a few miles south.
