Some of the best priced luxury condos in the North Myrtle Beach area can be found on the greens of Eastport Golf Club, and along its Intracoastal Waterway borders. The 6200-acre golf course is made up of winding greens, natural forestry, and many natural ponds and inlets. The golf club offers a pool and clubhouse that any resident may use.
There are many separate and distinct condominium buildings on the golf course, and most offer their own amenities and great views. These are the nicest of the complexes, located directly on the Waterway, with some boasting fantastic views of the boats from private screened porches. These 2 bedroom, 2 bath units have all the upgrades, and share the Eastport pool and clubhouse. Views of the Intracoastal Waterway are breathtaking from these beautiful units, which also have elevators. Prices range from under $100k for buildings that still offer water views from a shared front porch promenade, to around $250 for the best direct waterway units.
The Spinnaker Bay complex is larger, with indirect waterway views. They have their own private pool and are also 2 bedroom units. The average price is just over $100,000.
The Moorings offer views of the golf course greens, and some have a view of the waterway off the front porch. They have a very nice pool, and range from $130-160,000, depending on the size and location. The Moorings are paired together with the estate homes called the Oaks, and share a private pool.
The Eastport Golf Villas condominiums are true golf condos of 2 and 3 bedroom units. These are the most affordable of all the Eastport condos, and are even less expensive than most all the condos in Little River. The Golf Villas share the community pool and clubhouse, and are priced from $80-150,000, depending on size. They are very popular for rental producing property as they are so convenient for golfers and inexpensive as well.
These are a small number of 2-story townhomes that are gated and sitting directly on the Waterway in the back of the community. They are very exclusive for Eastport. Ask us for more information.
These are very nice condos with some views of the Waterway, some with landscaped wooded views. The best part about Dupont are the very affordable prices under $100,000. They share the Eastport community pool and clubhouse, and have screened porches.
