Condos for Sale in Coquina Harbour Little River

One of the best marinas to be found on the north side of the Grand Strand is the Myrtle Beach Yacht Club, which is situated in the Coquina Harbor in Little River. Lightkeepers Village Condos are located on the southern side of the harbor, and four of the finest condo complexes are set on the northern side of it. Not only is the marina a big draw, but two of the finest restaurants to be had are also here, Clark's Prime, and the member's only Officer's Club. As an aside, McDonald's is just steps from the development.

Collectively called the Coquina Harbour condos, the official name of each group is Harbour Front Villas (along the yacht basin), and Harbour Ridge, which is gated and overlooks the marsh at the end of the street. The marina lines Harbourfront with a 1.5 mile deck, leading to individual boat slips. Just across the street, you'll find the Valley at Eastport Golf Course, and a few buildings overlook the greens on that side. Another pool and tennis courts are also there.

Harbour Front Villas

Turning onto Coquina Harbor Rd, the first group of buildings known as Harbour Front Villas are some of the finest condos and offer views and boat slips right at the marina itself. The complex has a beautiful waterfront pool, hot tub, and deck that directly overlooks the yacht basin. These large 2 and 3 bedroom condos offer all the upgrades, and have an elevator as well. 

Harbour Ridge Condominiums

The last group of condos sits at the end of the road, and backs up to the marshlands between the marina and the Intracoastal Waterway. They are gated, and have a beautiful landscaped swimming pool on the marsh front, with screened porches to enjoy the views. These are also the least expensive of the group.

The Coquina Harbour Condos are excellent for full-time residents, and short-term rentals are limited in the by-laws. If you are looking for a reasonably priced condo with excellent water views and facilities for boating fun, you should check any of these out first. Truly the best Little River has to offer, and close to North Myrtle Beach as well!
