The development was originally built in 1999, consisting of four 3-story buildings with 2 bedroom condos. The units range from 950-1000 sq ft, with spacious rooms, vaulted ceilings, large windows, and screened porches overlooking the fairways and greens of the golf course. Some units have views of the large lake on the property.
The Sun Colony condos are some of the most affordable in the Grand Strand, especially with such panoramic views. Most are under $100,000, often as low as $60-75,000. Some are used as primary residences while others are rentals. Kids attend North Myrtle Beach Elementary, Middle, and High schools.
