Homes for Sale in Mesa Raven Estates - Longs
Mesa Raven Estates is an upscale community of single family homes on 905, off Hwy 9 and just past Aberdeen Country Club. Like many of the developments expanding out of North Myrtle Beach, it's about a 15-minute drive to the beach and close to the Seacoast Hospital. 905 also intersects Hwy 22, providing convenient access to Myrtle Beach and Conway.
The homes here are a bit larger than average, usually 4 to 5 bedrooms with 2 or 3 baths. Lots are bigger in Mesa Raven also - with a half acre per home as the norm. There are more upgrades than usual, such as gas fireplaces, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plush carpets, and laminate flooring. Some homes were built as early as 2007, with others in more recent years. Many of them are situated on a large community pond with sparkling fountains to enjoy from your back porch!
Children in Mesa Raven attend Daisy Elementary School, Loris Middle School, and Loris High School. Being outside the city limits makes for much lower property taxes.
