Mesa Raven Estates is an upscale community of single family homes on 905, off Hwy 9 and just past Aberdeen Country Club. Like many of the new developments expanding out of North Myrtle Beach, it's about a 15-minute drive to the beach and close to the Seacoast Hospital. 905 also intersects Hwy 22, providing convenient access to Myrtle Beach and Conway.
The homes here are a bit larger than average, usually 4 to 5 bedrooms with 2 or 3 baths. Prices range from the low $200,000's to around $300,000 for the larger homes. Lots are bigger in Mesa Raven also - with a half acre per home as the norm.
