Pine Needle Estates - Longs SC

Pine Needle Estates (sometimes called Pine Needles Estates) is a nice community off Highway 9 and Pine Needle Drive, just after 905 and Aberdeen Country Club.

It was originally developed in the early 2000's, and there are many established and well-maintained homes in the subdivision. In 2017, a new phase was added offering more homes to choose from.

The original homes were two and three bedroom ranch style houses, with all the upgrades such as trey ceilings, granite countertops, fireplaces, decks, and more. Children residing in Pine Needle Estates attend Daisy Elementary School, Loris Middle School, and Loris High School.

More recently, the Beverly Group Builders added more affordable homes in the newer section, with eleven different floorplans, from 1300 to around 2350 sq ft, all with 2-car garages.
