Pine Needle Estates (sometimes called Pine Needles Estates) is a nice community off Highway 9 and Pine Needle Drive, just after 905 and Aberdeen Country Club. It was originally developed in the early 2000's, and there are many established and well-maintained homes in the subdivision. In 2017, a new phase was added, and now there are brand new homes to choose from as well.
The original homes were two and three bedroom ranch style houses, with all the upgrades such as trey ceilings, granite countertops, fireplaces, decks, and more. They averaged around $170,000 in price. Children will attend Daisy Elementary School, Loris Middle School, and Loris High School.
The Beverly Group Builders added more affordable homes in the newer section, with eleven different floorplans, from 1300 to around 2350 sq ft, all with 2-car garages. Prices range from $110,000 to just under $200,000. You can find a one or two-story home with vinyl siding and large lot. For a brand new home of this size, you can't beat it. There are also some waterfront lots and homes backing up to a community pond.
Some of the upgrades in these homes in Pine Needles include electric garage doors, vinyl siding, insulated windows with screens, 50-year warranted fiberglass roofs, designer kitchens with stainless appliances, and elegant bathrooms. Yards come with grass and landscaping extras.
Highway 9 continues to build shopping and dining attractions, and offers many doctors, dentists, and banks all along the entrance to North Myrtle Beach. Property values are likely to increase as even more development is added. One of the top-notch hospitals in the area, Seacoast McLeod is convenient to all the nearby communities.
