Condos for Sale in Xanadu I II and III
There are three resorts in North Myrtle Beach with the Xanadu name. Each is unique and located in very different sections of the beach. All the Xanadu resorts are oceanfront, 2 and 3 bedrooms, and have outdoor pools.
Xanadu I is a beautiful 4 story low-rise building located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle, offering 2 and 3 bedroom condos ranging in price. It was the first built, in 1983. These condos make good residential homes, somewhat out of the traffic and with fewer units.
Xanadu II is a high-rise resort in the tranquil far north section of Cherry Grove beach with some of the best ocean views around. The exceptional layout of these 2-3 bedroom condos includes wrap-around decks, numerous windows, and sliding glass doors to deliver panoramic ocean views. The 2 bedroom units average around 950 sq ft while the 3 bedroom condos are 1450 sq ft. Xanadu II was built in 1984.
Xanadu II is convenient to the Cherry Grove Pier and Sea Mountain Hwy with its restaurants, grocery and hardware store, gift shop and rentals for bikes and water sports equipment. Just down the boulevard is Ocean Drive's Main Street with the shag clubs, amusement park, and arcade.
Xanadu III is located on Ocean Blvd at 6th Ave South, and is one of the most popular of the three resorts because it's within walking distance of Ocean Drive's Main Street and the beach clubs. Number three is a 9 story high-rise built last, in 1985. These units are hard to find available because the Shaggers snatch one up as soon as it becomes available. You need to call us about one of these!
Shopping is very convenient for both #2 and #3, with the North Coast Shopping Complex on Hwy 17 between Ocean Drive and Cherry Grove Beach. It offers a Publix, PetSmart, Hobby Lobby, and more. The Walmart shopping center with numerous restaurants is another mile down the road, as is Outback Steakhouse, Carrabbas, Mellow Mushroom, and many more. Xanadu I is more convenient to Barefoot Landing, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, the Outlet Mall, and another huge super Walmart shopping center.
