A number of mid-rise buildings make up Sea Cabin Resort covering both sides of Ocean Blvd, in the far north end of Cherry Grove Beach. Each building is erected on stilts and 3-stories tall. Units across the street offer gorgeous views of the marsh as well as ocean views on the higher floors.

Sea Cabin features 1-2 bedroom condos that range in price, depending on the location (oceanfront or across the street), the number of bedrooms, and the views offered. Condo sizes are 550 sq ft or 950 sq ft. Rooms are spacious and light, most with renovated kitchens and upgraded appliances.

The north end also has a Carrabbas, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, and a super Walmart.
