Windy Hill Condos in North Myrtle Beach
Windy Hill is the southern-most beach community in North Myrtle Beach. Beginning at 33rd Avenue South, it stretches to 48th Ave South, where you find Barefoot Landing and Barefoot Resort out on Hwy 17. This is the most residential of all the beaches, containing mostly primary homes and some vacation beach houses along the side roads. The condos on the ocean in Windy Hill are smaller, and mostly low-rise buildings, less crowded, and usually offering a beachfront swimming pool with a hot tub.
There are a few larger resorts along the ocean. The Beach Club at Windy Hill is the first high-rise, with 3 separate towers. Windy Hill Dunes is a true resort with all the amenities, and even an enclosed walkway over Ocean Blvd to the private parking garage across the street. Water Pointe II is a smaller high-rise further south, as is Ocean Towers, the 3 Beach Club towers, A Place at the Beach Windy Hill, Emerald Cove, and Water Pointe I.
Some of the larger and best resorts in Windy Hill are; Crescent Sands Windy Hill, Sea Winds, and the amazing Beach Cove Resort. At the end of the beach on 48th Ave South, as you come towards Highway 17, the incredible North Beach Plantation Towers will astound, which then leads into the North Beach Plantation complex, offering hundreds of townhomes and condos.
