The oceans is a smaller high-rise condo complex located near the end of Crescent Beach at 25th Ave South. It was built in 1985, but has been renovated and most of the condos have as well. The amenities include an elevator, security, an oceanfront, third-floor pool and sundeck, and covered parking. Its location makes it central to both Barefoot Resort and Main Street of Ocean Drive.
You can choose a one or two-bedroom condo, and prices range from around $140k to $225k. Balconies offer magnificent views of the beach. We should tell you that there are no pets allowed, either by owner or guest.
The HOA fees run around $750 a month, but they include everything! The electric bill, cable tv, hi-speed internet, and air conditioning unit are all part of your fees, as well as wind and hail insurance, and flood insurance. This is truly one of the most hassle-free investments on the Grand Strand.
