You can choose a one or two-bedroom condo. Balconies offer magnificent views of the beach. We should tell you that there are no pets allowed, either by owner or guest.
The HOA fees include everything! The electric bill, cable tv, hi-speed internet, and air conditioning unit are all part of your fees, as well as wind and hail insurance, and flood insurance. This is truly one of the most hassle-free investments on the Grand Strand.
