Not only is it directly on the Intracoastal Waterway, but this community has two pools, a hot tub, 2-day docks, 5 fishing piers, and grills for you to cook those fish you caught. The public landing is right next to the community with boat ramp.

With all these amenities, the most amazing thing about Waterway Landing is the price. These are 2 bedroom units with several floorplans that range from 900 to 1050 sq ft. They have vaulted ceilings, screened or even glassed in back porches facing the Waterway, and recently added cedar shake siding on the buildings. You won't find anything remotely like this and with a location this good.
