Briarwood is a little-known but beautiful small community of homes just outside of North Myrtle Beach and across from Briarcliffe Acres. The community sits directly on the Intracoastal Waterway, and was developed in the 80's. Like many of the homes in Briarcliffe, most are large and luxurious, with mature trees and natural landscaping. Some are built with cedar wood, and many have private boat docks.
The HOA fees are very reasonable, and include yard maintenance, cable tv, a waterfront swimming pool, and jacuzzi. There are only 87 homes in Briarwood, making it private, yet large enough to offer one of the best neighborhoods. Kids will attend Myrtle Beach Elementary and Middle School, and North Myrtle Beach High School.
The location of Briarwood can't be better. You'll be minutes to Barefoot Landing and North Myrtle Beach, steps from the Myrtle Beach Mall, and just down the street from Walmart, the Outlet Mall, Red Lobster, and all the fine dining on Restaurant Row.
