Tracy Marino has been a licensed Realtor since 2004, bringing forth over 15 years of knowledge and experience assisting buyers and sellers with residential, land, multi-families, commercial, investment properties, and relocations.

Her career began in New England where she specialized in residential, commercial, and relocations. She’s truly passionate about her work, enjoys meeting new people, and helping them find their dream home. She understands the impact of realty investment properties as they relate to retirement goals. Tracy will work hard to minimize the stress of relocating so you can focus on other priorities.
When Tracy had the opportunity to move to Horry County a few years ago to be near the ocean with her Black Labrador, Vinnie, she jumped at the opportunity. Although New England is gorgeous, the south comes with low taxes, a lower cost of living, close proximity to the ocean, and a mild climate. Tracy and Vinnie take many walks along the shoreline and enjoy everything the Grand Strand has to offer.
