Marianthe worked for the Federal Government in Washington in the field of consumer protection. She decided to follow her passion for real estate and accepted a position in NYC working in the real estate department of a prestigious law firm. She worked on residential and commercial closings, as well as closings for financial institutions. She handled real estate transactions for famous clients and celebrities and also worked on high-profile National and International cases.
Marianthe was appointed to the Mayor’s Advisory Board. She was also a member of the City’s Planning Board and was elected City Committee Woman. Out of her concern for the environment, she founded a Citizens Action Group which stopped a toxic waste plant from operating on the banks of the Raritan Bay. The zoning was changed and the site became a public recreation area.
Marianthe has worked with developers and is also an elected HOA Board member and officer. Her HOA and real estate knowledge are valuable assets. Given the opportunity, she will help you achieve all your real estate goals.
