- I am a good fit for real estate because I have always had a genuine interest in property, which fuels my passion and commitment in this field. This enthusiasm drives me to understand the intricacies of the market and stay informed about emerging trends. Additionally, I have a deep passion for understanding my clients' wants and needs in detail, ensuring that their property search is as smooth and fulfilling as possible. - I am from Indiana, Pennsylvania.

3.) What brought you to this area?

- What brought me to the Myrtle Beach area is a blend of cherished memories and family connections. Over the years, I visited Myrtle Beach on various occasions, enjoying its beautiful beaches and vibrant atmosphere. Those visits left a lasting impression on me, making it a special place in my heart. With having family retire here, my ties to the area were deepened. Exploring the local attractions has only strengthened my appreciation for everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. This combination of personal history and family presence makes Myrtle Beach feel like home to me.

- A few of my favorite local restaurants are:
- Captain George’s ( I love crab legs!

5.) What are your favorite activities in your downtime?

- Adventure is a key component of my favorite activities, as it allows me to explore the great outdoors and experience new things. Whether it’s hiking through breathtaking trails, discovering hidden waterfalls, or seeking traveling adventures to discover new places and breathtaking sites. I thrive on the thrill of these experiences. Whether it's camping under the stars, surrounded by nature’s tranquility and finding joy in activities like kayaking or canoeing/tenting on a riverside trip, or white-water rafting down exhilarating rapids. Each adventure not only fuels my spirit of exploration but also creates unforgettable memories and a deeper appreciation for God’s world around me. I want to see everything he has made! 

6.) What are your favorite sports teams?

- I enjoy a variety of sports, but my favorite aren’t necessarily professional competitions; rather, they revolve around the activities of my grandkids. There’s something incredibly fulfilling about attending their games and cheering them on. Whether it’s football, baseball/softball, basketball, wrestling, dance, or horseback riding, witnessing their enthusiasm and growth brings me immense joy. These moments create lasting memories and strengthen our bond, making each game an event Mimi looks forward to.

- I do not play any sports at this time.

- I do, I have Max, he is a Sheepadoodle, he loves attention and has lots of energy.

- I am passionate about helping others who are less fortunate, hoping that it will make a difference in their lives.
