Blackwater Townhomes in Dye Estates
D R Horton constructed a group of lavish townhomes located inside the gated Dye Estates community of Barefoot Resort. One of Barefoot Resorts most prestigious communities, the Dye Estates is set in the heart of the Pete Dye Golf Course. Residents of the Dye Estates have privileges with the course, and can purchase packages for the other golf courses in Barefoot. The new Blackwater townhomes will have the use of Dye's private clubhouse, pool, and tennis courts, as well as the other Barefoot amenities.
