Sea Pointe is a luxury high rise condominium resort near the far north point of Cherry Grove in North Myrtle Beach. Built in 1985, the units have been renovated with all the upgrades - granite countertops, tile flooring, elegant baths and designer kitchens. You can choose a one, two or three bedroom condo, with prices ranging from just over $100,000 to about $300,000.
Amenities include an indoor pool and hot tub, oceanfront wooden sun deck, elevators, and covered parking. These condos are in a section of the beach that is away from the traffic, and is perfect to live in or as a vacation rental. Just a short ride up Ocean Blvd from the pier or boat ramp at 53rd Avenue, Sea Pointe is also convenient to Cherry Grove's main street section, with a grocery store, restaurants, beach stores, and other attractions.
North Myrtle Beach offers so many new shopping and restaurant choices it's amazing. Nearest to Cherry Grove is a brand new shopping complex called Coastal North Town Center, with a Publix, Hobby Lobby, Dick's Sporting Goods, and Pet Smart. There are about 10 new restaurants there as well - from Chipotle Mexican to barbeque, pizza, sandwich shops, and BoJangles. The complex is still expanding, and other favorites such as Carrabbas, Mellow Mushroom, Outback, and others are across Hwy 17 from it. Cherry Grove has really benefitted from all the new retail and dining options.
