Condos in Crescent Beach

The Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach begins around 10th Avenue South, or 1000 South Ocean Blvd, and stretches South to 27th Ave South. The northernmost part of Crescent is popular because it is the closest to Main Street. During the SOS weeks, a shuttle bus transports the shaggers from Crescent to Main Street for the festivities.

Aside from this, Crescent is more of a quiet family beach. The small "Main Street" here would be 17th Avenue South, which boasts one bar, some beachwear stores, and an ice cream shop. Two of the main property management companies in town, Condo World, and Condolux, have offices in Crescent, a block from the beach.

Popular oceanfront towers in Crescent Beach would be North Shore Villas, Xanadu III, Atlantic Breeze, Southshore Villas, Carolina Reef, Crescent Shores, Sanabel, Crescent Keyes, Bluewater Keyes, Crescent Sands, Sea Side, Pinnacle, and finally the huge, 3-towered Baywatch Resort. There are many, many smaller condos along the road, as well as many small beach houses and multi-family homes. Most of these large resorts were built around 2005-2006, and offer every amenity.
