If you prefer a low-rise, less crowded beach condo, Bermuda Run in North Myrtle Beach might be just what you are looking for. Across the street from the beach, the condos were built in 1985, but have been renovated and are all very well maintained. Many are used as a private residence or family beach home, although the potential for rental income in the summer is good as well.
These are spacious 2 and 3 bedroom luxury condos, ranging in space from 1000 to 1350 sq ft, there are several different floorplans. Prices range in the high 100's to $200,000 or more. There are several good restaurants within walking distance, and the Cherry Grove Pier is about a mile down the boulevard. If you have a golf cart, you can ride it up the side streets and go to the Lowes shopping complex, the Walmart shopping center, and the giant new North Coast shopping complex out on Hwy 17. There are so many restaurants available you'd have to stay a month to visit just the ones close by.
